In this role, you will help make life science organisations more effective, particularly in complex specialty markets, while giving products the strategic support they require. This position will provide the opportunity to guide Associates and Consultants to deliver project deliverables. You will:

  • Develop business strategy by conducting and analysing primary and secondary research, produce comprehensive documentation, and present findings and recommendations to team members and customers
  • Work closely with customers to determine project requirements and oversee all scheduling of necessary interactions to comprehend the customer's business goals, products and expectations
  • Formulate the customer’s business objectives and communicate with the team members accordingly, as well as define any specific needs that will be handled by the team members in primary and secondary research
  • Identify potential sources, project requirements, synthesise recommendations, and identify insights

Essential Requirements:

  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in business or life sciences related field
  • Experience in consulting management within the life sciences pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry
  • Experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands
  • Experience working with medical affairs teams
