Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the dental practice.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental software
- Manage patient records, including updating personal information and medical history
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Collect payments and provide accurate billing information to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and scanning documents

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental practice or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
