Summary

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in East Anglia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules for our Care Professionals, ensuring that our clients receive timely and personalised care. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the high standards of service that define our mission.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for Care Professionals to ensure optimal coverage for client visits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to address scheduling needs and changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules and client preferences.
  • Collaborate with management to optimise staffing levels based on client demand.
  • Assist in training new staff on scheduling protocols and systems.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide support to Care Professionals as needed regarding their schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the scheduling process.

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A compassionate approach towards clients and understanding of their needs is essential.

Schedule

  • 2 days in office and 3 days from home
  • 9am - 5pm, 6am - 5pm (43.5 hours per week)
