We are a busy double-site dispensing and teaching GP practice serving approximately 17,000 patients. Our Care Navigators play a vital role in helping patients access the right care, and this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people.
The Role

We are looking for someone who is:
- Warm, professional, and patient-focused
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and reliable, including availability to cover holiday and sickness
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Experienced in a customer-facing or administrative role (GP surgery experience desirable but not essential — full training will be provided)
What we offer:
- A stable, supportive team with an excellent working culture
- Clear leadership structure with a CN Lead and Manager
- NHS pension scheme
- Onsite parking at both sites
- Full induction and ongoing training
- The opportunity to work in a respected dispensing and teaching practice
