We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Medical PA to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our consultants and healthcare teams. About the Role

As a Medical PA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient services and clinical operations. You will manage consultant diaries, coordinate appointments, maintain patient records, prepare correspondence and clinical documentation, and act as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will combine outstanding organisational skills with discretion, professionalism, and a patient-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for patients, managing enquiries and appointments
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to consultants and clinical teams
  • Coordinate and manage complex consultant diaries and patient schedules
  • Support patients throughout their treatment journey, answering queries and ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Liaise effectively with clinicians, reception teams, and business support functions to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare and distribute patient correspondence, medical reports, forms, presentations, and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager on patient data coordination for health screening and longevity programmes
  • Provide support to the Head of Medical Services and wider Medical Services team as required

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Medical Secretary, Medical PA, or Healthcare Administrator within a private healthcare setting
  • Confident working with senior clinicians and managing multiple priorities
  • Knowledgeable in medical terminology
  • Experienced using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems i.e. Semble
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • An exceptional communicator with a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Experienced in MSK, GP, Functional Medicine, or related specialist healthcare services (desirable)
