Deputy Clinic Manager
Job details
Full job description
About the role
You will be working as part of a clinic team delivering a best in class preventative health service. You are the duty lead when the Clinic Manager is off and are comfortable leading the team and keeping the patient experience flawless. This is a hands on leading from the front role which includes administration and operations all the while, creating a 5-star member experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as duty lead: open, close, keyhold, and own the day when the Clinic Manager is off inclusive of weekends.
- Run the daily floor: briefings, breaks, the appointment cycle, and real-time problem solving.
- Own front of house standards: arrivals, phones, the waitlist and rebooking conversations.
- Handle first-line member concerns and service recovery, escalating to the Clinic Manager where needed.
- Support with rotas, stock, equipment QA checks and audit preparation.
- Inspire and coach the team to drive sales performance and consistently surpass KPIs.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven supervisory experience in high end, luxury retail, private healthcare, concierge or wellness, adept at consistently delivering a 5star experience.
- Track record of delivering KPI’s and operational procedures.
- Composed, organised and visibly warm with members and team alike.
- Comfortable holding the building alone on weekend duty shifts.
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Desirable
- Healthcare or CQC-registered environment experience.
- Knowledge and passion for preventative health and wellness.
- Ambition to step up: this role is the pipeline to Clinic Manager as we open more sites.
What we offer
- Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2,760 per annum.
- 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
- Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
- Exclusive perks via Perkbox.
Get A Drip is moving from start‑up to scale‑up, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of that journey. We’re disrupting the way preventative healthcare is delivered, building, improving and evolving constantly and we want team members who are energised by growth, change, positive impact and possibility.
Working here isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. You’ll thrive with us if you enjoy:
- A fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve as we grow
- Taking initiative and solving problems without waiting for instruction
- Building and improving processes, systems and ways of working
- Wearing different hats and stepping outside your job description when needed
- Owning your work and being accountable for outcomes
- Comfortable with being challenged and with challenging back
- Collaborating closely with a small, committed team
- Learning continuously as we introduce new tools, systems and ideas
And you may not enjoy it if you prefer:
- Predictable routines
- Clear, unchanging structures
- A narrow, fixed job description
- Slow decision‑making
- A highly established corporate environment
If you’re excited by growth, pace and possibility — and you want to help people live healthier for longer — we’d love to hear from you.
