36.5 Hours per week

Monday - Wednesday 7.45am - 13.15pm

Thursday & Friday - 7.45am - 18.30pm inc 45 min unpaid lunch break

Plus additional holiday/sickness cover when required

We are looking for a professional individual to provide a high quality Reception and Administration service

The successful candidate will be of a calm and enthusiastic disposition and must be experienced in dealing with members of the public.

Knowledge of EMIS web and DOCMAN advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for healthcare providers.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, providing accurate information and support.
  • Process patient registrations and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
