Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Collect and verify patient information, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork with attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional and welcoming environment
  • Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with patients, visitors, and team members
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and administrative workflows efficiently
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical office procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided
