Dental Patient Concierge

About Us:

House of Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing excellent oral health care and creating a welcoming, stress-free experience for our patients. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Concierge to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

Job Summary:

The Dental Patient Concierge plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience by managing the front desk, welcoming patients, and ensuring seamless communication between the practice and our patients. If you have a passion for customer service and a friendly, professional demeanor, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the practice calendar.
  • Provide information on treatments, procedures, and insurance options.
  • Collect and process payments accurately, including copays and balances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
  • Address patient concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
  • Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, or a dental/medical office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in dental software (such as Dentally , Eaglesoft, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
