Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include a range of administrative and reception tasks in relation to dealing with patients at the surgery, both at the at the reception desk and by telephone. You must be flexible and computer literate.

Experience:
- Previous experience in this role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
