We are currently seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Medical Secretary team and play a crucial role in maintaining excellent patient care and support.

The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week:

  • Monday: 9am to 1pm & 1:30pm to 5pm
  • Tuesday: 8am to 12:30pm & 1pm to 5pm
  • Wednesday: 8am to 12:30pm (Half Day)
  • Thursday: 8am to 12:30pm & 1pm to 4pm
  • Friday: 8am to 12:30pm & 1pm to 5pm

You will be a key point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Your role will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our practice and the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative, welcoming and supportive team providing primary care, at Frome Medical Practice. We are a single site practice and Primary Care Network in our own right with a patient population of just under 30,000.
