Full job description

As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned.

About the role

  • The care coordinator will organise rotas a month in advance for the complex care clients.
  • Grow strong relationships with staff members (carers and nurses)
  • Grow strong relationships with clients
  • Obtain staff availability
  • Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
  • On call responsibility

About you

  • You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
  • You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
  • You will have worked in a coordination role before, either within domiciliary or complex care.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

  • This is initially a remote based role (in Essex), with 1 day per week in the Brighton, Sussex office (and as required to meet the needs of the business)
