Be the First Smile Our Patients See!

We are One Smile Dental a modern, mixed NHS/Private practice launching in Bognor Regis and we are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our new team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new, in a supportive and fast-paced environment where every day brings something different.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing the appointment system (Dentally) and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails and handling general enquiries
  • Taking payments and processing both NHS and private treatment plans
  • Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the front desk
  • Assisting occasionally with back-office support and patient flow

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception role is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided!
