Clinic Assistant & Administrator – Immediate Start
Central London | Full-Time

We are looking for a confident, highly organised, and proactive individual to join our prestigious and fast-paced aesthetic clinic in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about patient care and strong administrative work within a professional clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcoming patients and delivering an exceptional clinic experience

· Assisting the doctor during non-surgical aesthetic procedures

· Preparing patients and providing post-treatment care (full training provided)

· Acting as a chaperone during consultations

· Managing appointments, reception duties, and day-to-day clinic administration

· Maintaining accurate stock control and clinic organisation

Requirements:

· Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

· Highly confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Previous customer-facing experience (essential)

· Well-presented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Team player with the ability to work independently

· Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, or high-end hospitality is desirable
