Front of House Manager - High Profile Hair Restoration Clinic

A prestigious, high-profile hair restoration clinic with an outstanding reputation is looking for a professional and personable Front of House Manager to ensure the smooth running of our Harewood/Harrogate clinic.

We pride ourselves on offering a discreet, empathetic, and client-focused service and we're looking for someone who shares these values. This is a key client-facing role where attention to detail, warmth, and initiative are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients with professionalism and warmth, creating a five-star first impression
  • Handle enquiries across phone, email, and in person
  • Manage inbound calls and make proactive follow-up calls to clients and new enquiries
  • Handle reception duties, diary management, stock control, and financial transactions
  • Carry out general administrative tasks and help coordinate daily clinic operations
  • Take initiative to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues
  • Learn and support multiple roles/functions across the clinic when needed

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar reception/administrative role desirable but not essential
  • Experience within healthcare, recruitment, or medical sales would be an advantage

Additional Pay & Benefits:

  • Commission & Bonus: On average, current staff earn an additional £6,000–£10,000 per year

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts
  • Flexibility to cover 2 weeknights until 8pm
  • Role primarily based in Harewood, with occasional cover in Knutsford if needed

Experience (preferred, not essential):

  • Medical Receptionist: 1 year
  • Medical Secretaries & Receptionists: 1 year

Work Location: In person – Harewood/Harrogate.

While the role is primarily based in our Harewood/Harrogate clinic, candidates should be made aware at interview stage that occasional cover may be required at our Knutsford clinic, depending on business needs and where the candidate is based. Flexibility here is a bonus but not an everyday requirement.
