About the role

We’re looking for a confident and organised Secretarial Administrator to become an essential part of our patient specific team. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things running smoothly and working closely with a friendly clinical team, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Handling patient enquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Providing clear, supportive communication to every patient
  • Working side by side with the clinical team to support patient care
  • Preparing and sending well-presented letters and documents
  • Prioritising tasks and managing your workload independently
  • Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
  • Using problem solving skills to keep things moving efficiently

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with live chat systems is desirable but not essential
