Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Locum Medical Secretary to join our clients GP Surgery healthcare team in Preston PR5

Start ASAP

(5 days per week) 8.00 AM till 4.00PM

Duties

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations effectively.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
  • Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process patient information and insurance details efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
  • Booking appointments, dealing with queries and tasks.
  • Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and tidy at all times.
