The Bell Practice is a leading private Podiatry healthcare clinic specialising in Podiatry, Osteopathy and Acupuncture, and we're looking for a Podiatry Clinical & Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a varied and rewarding role combining reception, administration and clinical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop their skills within a professional healthcare environment.

You'll be joining a friendly multidisciplinary team where collaboration, professionalism and a genuine commitment to patient care are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and creating an outstanding first impression
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient communications
- Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally
- Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administration
- Using our clinic management systems, including Cliniko and CliniqApps
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting patient pathways and clinical administration
- Cleaning and preparing clinical areas
- Decontaminating clinical instruments in accordance with practice procedures
- Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Providing holiday and sickness cover for colleagues when required
What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with the general public is essential.
Healthcare administration experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours
The role is 20 hours per week, primarily covering:
- Wednesday: 1.30pm – 7.30pm
- Friday: 1.30pm – 7.30pm
- Saturday: 8.00am – 1.30pm
This role forms part of a job-share arrangement with three other team members, so flexibility is important. There may also be opportunities for additional hours.
