We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders with precision and care
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate staff or departments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic health record system
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient flow and ensure timely service delivery
  • Support patients with basic enquiries about services, directions, or clinic procedures

Requirements

  • Prior office experience, administrative or hospitality experience is highly preferred
