Full job description
Trinity & Bowthorpe Medical Practice is looking to welcome a Medical Receptionist to the team.
As a busy and dynamic GP Surgery, with two sites, teaching future medical students and undertaking NHS Research there is ample opportunity to learn and develop within the team.
Main duties of the job
The candidate will be patient facing and the first point of contact with the patient via face to face, telephone and online access.
It is important that the candidate has proficient communication skills, teamworking experience and IT systems knowledge.

Job description
- Answering patient queries via telephone, face to face and online access.
