Front of House Facilitator

6-9 month Fixed Term Contract

Wakefield

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

We’re looking for a Front of House Facilitator to come join us, based at our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will provide a first‑class front‑of‑house service, supporting visitors, colleagues and the wider PHOENIX UK Group with reception duties, meeting room coordination, post room activity and general administration.

The Heart of the Role
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional front‑of‑house service
  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, maintaining the area, and monitoring building entry/exit
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, and arrange transport as required
  • Coordinate meeting room setups, ensuring equipment, AV, refreshments and materials are in place
  • Support employees with use of meeting room equipment and provide general administrative assistance
  • Assist Compliance and Data Protection teams by monitoring and responding to the compliance email inbox
