Little Stars 4D Scan is a private 4D ultrasound clinic based in sheffield, We are currently seeking an experienced Clinic Receptionist to join our busy team. You will work on a part time, permanent basis, starting as soon as possible. You will be working in a brand new clinic in Sheffield.

Little Stars 4d scan is a private pregnancy ultrasound clinic specialising in non-diagnostic pregnancy scans. You will require strong customer service skills, great attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft packages (such as Word and Excel). Most importantly, you will need to enjoy working with people!

Receptionist Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring clients are treated with respect and empathy, receiving fun and friendly service
  • Answering calls and emails, booking appointments, and handling customer queries
  • Taking payments – in person and over the phone
  • Printing reports and scan images, and selling merchandise
  • Acting as a chaperone as required
  • Greeting and checking in clients in line with company policy
  • Taking care of cleaning and general upkeep on the clinic and equipment
  • Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management team
  • Posting updates on social media channels regularly
  • Assisting the management team as required with compliance tasks
  • Reporting any suspected safeguarding issues, following the safeguarding procedure
  • Increasing sales through exceptional service
  • Opening and closing the clinic, performing all necessary safety and security checks
  • Stock checking and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience

In order to be considered for this position, you must have a customer service background and have exceptional administrative skills. The successful receptionist will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong patient-centred approach.

As this role is based in the pregnancy sector, we are looking for an individual who can handle sensitive situations with empathy, and who is able to adapt to a variety of situations easily.

Due to the nature of this role, a full enhanced DBS check will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. Mandatory training will also need to be completed within an allocated timeframe.

Due to infection prevention protocols, Fake Nails or Nail Polish is not allowed
