We have a new and exciting job vacancy within the National specialist family service as a Care Coordinator supporting families in their recovery.

About the Role
We are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our Sheffield Family Service. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of a residential service, ensuring residents, their children, and visiting professionals receive a high-quality, well-coordinated service.
You will act as a central point of contact within the service, combining administration, coordination, and frontline support.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the service office
- Coordinate and book appointments for residents and external professionals
- Maintain accurate diaries, records, and communication systems
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and professionals
- Welcome visitors and complete ID and safeguarding checks
- Support residents with day-to-day needs when they attend the office
- Order and manage medication in line with procedures
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies
- Ensure accurate record keeping and information sharing
- Support the delivery of care in line with organisational policies and safeguarding requirements
About You
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality standards
- Experience in a care, residential, or support setting (desirable)
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and databases
