Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Care Navigator / Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing excellent patient service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of the medical practice. The successful candidate will play a vital part in coordinating patient care and ensuring efficient clinic functioning. Prior office experience is desirable, but a positive attitude and organisational skills are essential. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures
