Full job description

We have a full time job available working at our newest clinic recently opened in central Wandsworth and our flagship Chelsea clinic, on Fulham Road, and (also covering at Angel and city of London based physiotherapy clinics as required).

Working primarily based at our Wandsworth and Chelsea clinics ,(Angel and city clinics also as required) Monday – Friday 8am-4pm / 12pm-8pm and (+/- 1-2 Saturdays per month) Saturdays 8am-3pm at our Chelsea clinic total 37.5 hours per week. Occasional training at our head office in Winchmore Hill may be required.

Pay is £29,548.47 per annum (and subject to completing successful completion of 3 months probation) based upon 37.5 hours per week worked. Annual leave – 20 days plus 8 days bank holiday per annum.

A full induction period of several weeks - training and working with our supportive team

The role includes:

· Meeting / greeting front of house at our clinic locations

· Answering phones calls

· Answering emails

· Checking bookings and payments

· Assisting with day to day running of clinics

Working as a front on house receptionist the role includes meeting and greeting patient and clients, answering phone calls, emails, making client bookings, taking payments and various other admin tasks to help ensure the smooth running of our busy clinic which has also on-site gym and Pilates studio.
