TWO PART TIME VACANCIES - FULL TRAINING AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
We are seeking a professional and organised General Practice Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive medical environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.

Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and updating of electronic health records
  • Assist with general office organisation to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace
  • Support other administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth practice operations

Skills

  • Admin/office experiencewith strong organisational skills
  • Proven customer services experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
