VACANCY: Receptionist

Location: Royal Liver Building , Liverpool City Centre - In person role

Employment Type: Permanent 3 days

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

Minimum Experience: 5 Years+

Monthly Salary : £16.50 per hour

Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for a front desk receptionist to join our team in the prestigious Royal Liver Building. We have a large clinic and private hospital based across the ground floor.

The receptionist is expected to be a high-level professional, with experience in the aesthetic industry or a similar set up.

The candidate should have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

The candidate must have a very good knowledge of medical aesthetics/cosmetic procedures and preferably extensive experience in working for clinics.

Fluent Perfect English is required.

Computer/office programs are a must and easy navigation through websites and social media channels.

Sales will be a part of the role due to patients enquiring about treatments, procedures and skincare on the front desk.

The candidate should be well-groomed, with delicately refined manners to match a high-end prestigious clinic concept, with an ability to build and maintain a positive and beneficial relationship with our very important patients and visitors.

We welcome a candidate who is with high motivation showing the willingness of self-development and is flexible in supporting the front of house operation.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and other visitors to the clinic
  • Perform administrative work
  • Communicate with employees accordingly and assist doctors and clinical team whenever necessary
  • Process patients’ files, and explain the clinic’s policies to them
  • Welcome patients exceptionally, provide relevant forms
  • Carry out appointment reminder calls
  • Answer incoming clinic calls competently
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
  • Book and confirm patients’ appointments as per the clinic’s guidelines and standards
  • Utilize our software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for the patients
  • Respond to phone calls and emails
  • Ensure front of house presentation standards are immaculate at all times.

Skills

  • Fluent English
  • Has 5 +years of experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in working for aesthetic clinics with at least a basic knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures
  • Has proven communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Skills (MS Office, Email, Google drive, web, social media, database management, etc.)
  • Is a quick learner with a flexible personality to adapt to different environment-
