As we continue our growth & expansion within the UK, we are looking for talented, dynamic individuals to join our forward-thinking team.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent headquarters.

Role definition:

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of aesthetic and medical devices.
  • Carry out equipment installations and on-site commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maintain device reliability and longevity.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service records, documentation, and reports.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with clinic owners and practitioners.
  • Identify and actively promote opportunities for service contracts, upgrades, and extended warranties to drive revenue growth.

The skills you will need:

  • Technically confident with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and driven to deliver an outstanding client experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commercially aware; previous experience in a sales-focused or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
