About Us:

PharmacyX is at the forefront of pharmacy management solutions, aiming to revolutionise operations across the UK. Our innovative software is designed to increase efficiency, accuracy, and patient care in pharmacies. To support our expansion, we're looking for dedicated individuals with a background in pharmacy to join our Training and Customer Success Team. This role involves nationwide travel, providing a unique opportunity to impact pharmacies nationwide.

Title: Pharmacy Software Trainer (National Travel)

Location: Remote with Nationwide Travel across England

The Role:

As a Pharmacy Software Trainer, you will be integral to our growth, ensuring that each new PharmacyX installation is paired with exceptional training. You'll deliver personalised training sessions to pharmacy staff throughout England, adapting to meet the specific needs of each site to facilitate their success with our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and informative in-person and virtual training sessions across England on PharmacyX functionalities and best practices.
  • Customise training materials and strategies to meet the varied requirements of pharmacy teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure smooth software integration post-training.
  • Elicit feedback to continuously improve the training process and contribute to the development of our software.
  • Stay informed about the latest PharmacyX updates to offer accurate guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Pharmacy. Experienced dispensers, ACTs, Pharmacy Manager, or Area Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability for teaching and a patient, supportive approach to training.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake extensive national travel with a flexible schedule.
  • Quick to learn new technology, with proficiency in software applications.
  • Prior experience in a training, mentorship, or similar role is preferred.
