About Bayou Spa

About the Role

As a Bayou Spa Therapist, you will be at the heart of what we do — delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments in a calm environment.

You will work as part of a skilled, close-knit team with a shared commitment to excellence, consistency, and genuine client care. Every treatment you deliver carries a high standard — and we will support you fully in upholding it.

What You Will Be Delivering

Massage Therapy
— Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage
— Lymphatic Drainage Massage
— Pregnancy Massage

Facials & Skin Treatments
— Core facials and advanced skin treatments
— Dermaplaning, skin peels, and LED therapy
— Client skin consultations and treatment planning

What We Are Looking For

— NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy or Massage (essential)
— Minimum 1–2 years experience in a spa or clinical wellness environment
— Confident in Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage as a minimum
— Experience delivering advanced facial treatments
— Warm, professional, and genuinely client-focused
— Reliable, physically resilient, and proud of their work
— Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
