About Psicon

Psicon is a specialist neurodevelopmental service working collaboratively with various NHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments. We are an independent organisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud to support. Psicon is committed to offering the best psychological support and healthcare available. About the Roles

We are looking for skilled medical administrators to join our ADHD Service. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our ‘Meet the Team’ recruitment events at our Burgate Operations Centre in either July and August (Minimum 3 Hours attendance required)

Principle duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of the ADHD medication review caseload and administration of ADHD caseload across the lifespan based on need.
  • Monitoring for appointment gaps, missed cash up, and other care pathways. Disseminating priorities to the wider team where necessary and in conjunction with the ADHD team lead.
  • Monitoring number of prescription requests to ensure we have enough writing slots available and organising cover in cases of clinician absence or sickness.
  • Monitoring for wrong age or out of area patients and ensuring that their care is transferred.
  • Monitoring for clients waiting to be discharged by a clinician and liaising with them to complete this.

  • Experience of working within a customer focused administration role.
  • Excellent interpersonal & judgement skills.
  • Experience of working to KPI targets and tight deadlines whilst balancing competing priorities within a busy environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm professional demeanour.
  • Committed to providing the best quality service and achieving the highest standards of client care.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Able to establish and maintain productive professional relationships with colleagues.

The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). The core hours are 09:00-17:00 with 3 days in office / 2 WFH (37.5h contract).
