Vogue Dental Care is a modern, patient-focused dental practice in Luton, committed to delivering exceptional care and an outstanding patient experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous dental reception, TCO or treatment presentation experience who enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them confidently start their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for patients considering treatment.
  • Guide patients through their treatment plans and answer any non-clinical questions.
  • Present treatment options and discuss finance options where appropriate.
  • Follow up with enquiries and outstanding treatment plans to maximise case acceptance.
  • Manage marketing leads and ensure prompt communication with prospective patients.
  • Coordinate patient journeys from initial enquiry through to completion of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the practice management system.
  • Work closely with clinicians and the reception team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Assist with internal marketing campaigns, open days and patient reactivation.

About You

  • Previous experience working within a dental practice is essential.
  • Previous TCO experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident discussing treatment and building rapport with patients.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable following up enquiries and treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of finance options and private dentistry is advantageous.
  • A positive, patient-focused attitude with strong attention to detail.
