Cromwell Medical Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join the Bromley Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care within community settings in line with NHS standards
  • Support patients with ongoing healthcare needs in their homes and community environments
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, district nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans
  • Promote patient independence, wellbeing, and safeguarding
  • Adhere to infection prevention, clinical governance, and NHS policies
  • Respond effectively in dynamic and fast-paced care environments

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Proven Band 5 experience in community setting.
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance
  • Available to start ASAP
