Role: Student Support Executive (Entry Level)
Reporting to: Head of Commercial Programmes
Hours: 35 hours per week

About the role:
The Commercial Programme Executive is responsible for assisting all enrolled students throughout their study programmes. It is a vital role within the company as we differentiate ourselves from other providers by our excellent support and exceptional pass rates. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both students and trainers. We are looking for a positive person who can work well in a busy environment, be adaptable and flexible when working with multiple teams and contribute to the overall success of the company. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own as well as being able to work as part of a team. Other key attributes include demonstrating initiative, multitasking, problem solving, prioritising workloads and working to deadlines. The position is available immediately for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to daily student queries via phone, email and Live Chat.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintaining and updating our CRM (Salesforce) and LMS (Moodle) systems.
· Delivering communications across all qualifications to students.
· Supporting the Commercial Programme Team and Trainers with general administration tasks
· Assisting Product Leads with the successful running of the products, including but not limited to:
o Processing exam bookings
o Assessment administration
o Setting up Virtual Classes on Zoom/Teams
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
· Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (essential)
· Proficient in Microsoft Package (essential)
· Professional and confident phone and email manner (essential)
· Customer service experience (preferred)
· Degree-level or equivalent (preferred)
