The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded, proactive, ambitious and forward-thinking Operations Executive to oversee and optimise the operational performance delivery manging our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties ensuring system scalability as company growth continues.

This is a hands-on role working closely with CEO and senior management that combines operational systems & management responsibility with a continuous improvement results orientated proactive remit. You will be responsible for ensuring management systems measured, operate efficiently and professionally while identifying opportunities to improve, enhance service value and customer experience and support the team and the businesses growth.

The ideal candidate will be, organised, demonstrably efficient and solutions focused. Go getter with interest in system optimisation and new enabling technology and innovation. Resilient, adaptable, agile and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Curious and able to analyse data into meaningful business insight to inform decision-making, and driving improvements through AI, automation and smarter ways of working.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Property Manager or Operations professional looking to further develop their commercial, operational and leadership skills.

Work Areas and Typical Responsibilities Operations & Portfolio Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operational performance and team process managing a multi-site commercial and residential property portfolio, ensuring sites operate efficiently, safely to a consistently high standard.
• Oversee the delivery of operational services across the portfolio, maintaining excellent customer and occupier experiences ensuring consistent service levels and property standards
• Act as a key escalation point for operational, tenant and service issues, resolving challenges effectively and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure appropriate operational controls, policies and procedures are maintained to minimise risk and support business continuity.

Commercial Performance & Financial Management

• Monitor and report on occupancy, revenue and operational KPIs, using data and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and commercial performance.
• Monitor operational expenditure across sites, including utilities, maintenance, service contracts and facilities management costs, supporting effective budgeting, cost control and optimising value.
• Assisting with Project management operational aspects of managing refurbishment, upgrade and improvement projects, ensuring delivery to agreed standards, budgets and timescales.

Operational Excellence, Systems & AI Innovation

• Continually review, optimise and modernise business systems, workflows and operational processes, driving efficiencies across the organisation.

· Develop an understanding of emerging AI tools and technologies and support their practical adoption across the business to improve efficiency, service delivery and reporting.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting tools to provide meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision making.
• Embrace high standards expectation and culture of continuous improvement comfortable to challenging existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing innovative solutions that improve performance and scalability.

Talent Empowerment

• Support and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

· Support the ongoing improvement and automation of HR, onboarding and people systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

• Capture actions from meetings and ensure they are followed through to completion, engaging with stakeholders across the business.
• Support people operations and onboarding activity across the group, including system setup, employee administration and maintaining accurate records.

Sustainability & Future Growth

• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and enhance asset performance.
• CPD Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practice, ensuring the organisation maintains its innovative, competitive and operationally effective output.
• Contribute to the long-term growth and evolution of the portfolio through operational innovation, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

What We’re Looking For

• Smart go getter demonstrated most likely by good quality degree education, (open to any discipline) with 0-3 years' work experience and a strong desire to progress, improve and deliver positive impact.

• High work ethic with real interest in operations, property, facilities, workplace or optimizing business management.

• Abundance of common sense, independent thinking, confidence, and commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency and financial performance.
