Excel Clinic is a growing, high-end private surgical clinic in Cardiff, offering a wide range of minor surgical and aesthetic procedures in a modern, patient-focused environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a traditional nursing role. We are looking for a motivated, proactive individual who wants a varied, hands-on position combining clinical work, patient experience, and creative involvement in the growth of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Nursing (Core)

· Assist surgeons during minor surgical procedures

· Instrument sterilisation and infection control

· Perform blood tests, cannulation, and ECGs

· Maintain and organise clinical areas to a high standard

· Stock management and ordering of medical supplies

· Support smooth day-to-day running of theatre and patient flow

· Opportunity to develop new clinical skills relevant to our services

Patient Journey & Content Creation (Key Differentiator)

· Help document and showcase patient journeys (with consent)

· Capture content (photos/videos) for marketing and education

· Work alongside our marketing team to create engaging clinic content

· Contribute ideas to improve patient experience and brand presence

Aesthetic Treatments (Desirable / Bonus)

· Experience in aesthetics (e.g. injectables, skin treatments) is highly desirable

· Opportunity to develop and grow within our cosmetic service offering

ABOUT YOU

· Registered Nurse (or relevant clinical qualification)

· Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent communication and patient care skills

· Professional, organised, and punctual

· A proactive, “can-do” attitude

· Interest in social media, content, or aesthetics is a strong advantage

· Someone who enjoys being part of a dynamic, growing private clinic

Pay: £38,500.00-£42,500.00 per year
