About You:

You are a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Practitioner with 1-5+ years of experience in performing advanced skincare and cosmetic treatments. You are client-focused, professional, and results-driven, with a strong ability to build relationships and provide expert advice. Your knowledge of laser treatments, micro needling, HIFU, and skincare allows you to deliver high-quality services while maintaining the highest hygiene and safety standards. Confident in both treatment delivery and sales, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are always eager to learn and grow in the aesthetics industry.

Compensation Package:

  • Annual Salary: £12.21 to £14.00 Per Hour onwards(based on exp )
  • Additional Compensation: Based on performance, commissions, and other business-related activities. (condition based on performance and experience)

Job Description:We are looking for an Aesthetician Therapist who is professional and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic, enjoying building relationships with clients. They should have a great personality and be able to work well both alone and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking candidates with 1year to 5+ years of experience in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments with NVQ level 3 and above including but not limited to:

  • Laser treatments
  • HydraFacial’s
  • Chemical peels
  • High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
  • Microneedling
  • Wrinkle smoothing treatments
  • Advanced skincare treatments
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions based on client needs, utilising appropriate therapeutic techniques and approaches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and care, educating clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and products to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Implement selling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and products (commission-based).
  • Therapists may be required to undertake additional duties as needed by the business
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all clients and team members.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Contribute to business growth through effective client retention and referrals.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and following infection control procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and advancements in skincare technology.
  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
