An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Brunel University of London’s Technical Services Team within the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (CHMLS).

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Sciences Technician to join our technical services team and support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and practical activities across our health sciences facilities.

As a key member of the Health Sciences Technical Team, you will provide technical support across a range of teaching environments, helping to ensure that students and staff have an excellent experience and that facilities, equipment and resources are safe, compliant, effective and maintained to the highest standards.

The role will involve supporting a variety of specialist health science facilities, including clinical skills rooms, simulated wards, and an immersive learning space. The postholder will also provide occasional technical support to the Medical School, working collaboratively with academic and professional services colleagues to support teaching, practical activities and the effective operation of relevant facilities and equipment.

  • To demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.

We offer a generous annual leave package plus discretionary University closure days, excellent training and development opportunities as well as a great occupational pension scheme and a range of health-related support. The University is committed to a hybrid working approach.
