Chrisanne Clover is the leading company within an exciting and thriving international niche market supplying fashion to the vibrant dance and stage industry with fabrics and costumes. We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial, motivated person, who is willing as part of a team to develop new sales to successful completion and drive growth of sales volumes from our fabric, crystal and practice-wear ranges. The purpose of this role is to drive, manage and co-ordinate sales activities for the Chrisanne Clover dance fashion ranges via key designer and creative clients whilst having the perspective to identify similar opportunities for the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Growth: Drive sales growth with existing clients by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.

2. Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure their continued business and satisfaction.

3. Team Collaboration: Support the sales team by assisting with various responsibilities and tasks as needed to ensure team success.

4. Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, online and offline, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

5. Sales Administration: Perform website sale administration and manage communication related to sales activities.

6. Order Management: Enter client orders accurately via email or telephone contact, ensuring timely processing.

7. Product Demonstration: Demonstrate and present products to clients, showcasing their features and benefits.

8. Sales Targets: Strive to achieve monthly and annual sales and contribution targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

9. Credit Control Assistance: Assist with credit control processes as needed to maintain healthy client accounts.

10. Client Meetings: Conduct customer meetings, utilising face-to-face, video calls, or audio communication as appropriate.

11. Liaison with Purchasing: Collaborate with the Purchasing department to address specific client needs or obtain necessary information.

12. Exhibition Attendance: Possible exhibition and event attendance for sales purposes, representing the company and promoting our products.

13. Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach to foster collaboration within the sales team. Good spoken and written Russian and English is a requirement for this role.

14. Prioritisation: Effectively prioritise tasks to manage time and resources efficiently.

Experience and personal specifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the textiles, fashion, or dance industry.
  • Preference for knowledge of fabrics and costumes, in relation to the dance and stage market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using CRM software.
  • Accept and act on critical feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Act as a solution finder, addressing challenges proactively and creatively.
