We’re expanding our Medical Customer Care team and looking for Nurses, Midwives, Paramedics, and Pharmacists to join us!

If you're registered with the NMC, HCPC, or GPhC and want to apply your clinical expertise in a non-traditional, remote support role, this is the opportunity for you.

You’ll be supporting patients using prescribed weight loss medication — providing advice, reassurance, and clinical guidance via live chat, and phone calls during Mon to Sun - 6am - 9pm on a rota'd basis.

We’re looking for:
✔ NMC, HCPC or GPhC registered professionals
✔ Excellent communication & clinical decision-making skills
✔ Confident using digital systems
✔ Able to work independently and remotely

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a non-traditional setting, supporting patients via live chat and inbound phone calls during evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinically sound support to patients experiencing symptoms related to weight loss medication.
  • Handle inbound enquiries via Live Chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assess patient concerns and provide appropriate advice or escalation based on clinical judgment.
  • Ensure all patient interactions adhere to current clinical guidelines, protocols, and company procedures.
  • Document all interactions clearly, accurately, and in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.

Key Requirements

  • NMC, HCPC or GPhC registered professionals (UK-based) is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
  • Comfortable using digital systems and chat platforms in a remote environment.
  • Able to work independently and exercise clinical judgment.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
