Skin & Laser Specialist — NEU Clinic, Chelsea, London SW3

NEU Clinic is a doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic opening a new flagship in Chelsea. Our clientele expect the finest results, an immaculate environment and a relationship with their practitioner that goes beyond a single appointment.

We are looking for an exceptional Skin & Laser Specialist to lead our luxury facial and laser offering. You will deliver bespoke, results-driven facials and laser treatments to a regular clientele, and work closely with our medical team to design signature protocols and experiences that set NEU Clinic apart. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and in the quality of every client's experience.

Content is central to how we grow. NEU Clinic has a strong, established social media strategy, and our practitioners are the face of it. You will be comfortable and natural speaking to camera, happy to demonstrate treatments and talk about skin, and keen to be actively involved in creating content with our team.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver advanced, bespoke facials to a regular high-net-worth clientele, tailoring every treatment to the client's skin, goals and lifestyle
• Perform laser and energy-based treatments to the highest clinical and safety standards, including hair removal, pigmentation, vascular and skin rejuvenation treatments across a range of skin types
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses, building long-term treatment plans and homecare regimes using medical-grade skincare
• Work closely with our doctors to design NEU Clinic's signature facial protocols and layered treatment experiences, combining facials, laser and medical-grade skincare
• Recommend and retail medical-grade skincare with genuine expertise, so clients see results between visits
• Build lasting client relationships: remember preferences, follow up after treatments and manage your own regular client book
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, equipment and clinical records, and adhere to all clinical governance, hygiene and safety protocols
• Play an active part in our social media and content strategy: speak to camera, demonstrate treatments and protocols, explain skincare and share results, working with our content team on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Who we're looking for

Essential

• Previous experience in a luxury environment: a five-star spa, high-end aesthetics clinic, luxury skincare house or private members' setting
• Extensive hands-on experience delivering advanced facials, with the confidence to adapt protocols to each client rather than follow a script
• Proven experience operating laser and energy-based devices (for example laser hair removal, IPL, Nd:YAG, fractional or resurfacing lasers), with a sound understanding of skin types, settings and contraindications
• Strong working knowledge of medical-grade skincare and the ability to build and explain a homecare regime
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) and a recognised Level 4 Laser & Light qualification, or equivalent accredited training, with a Core of Knowledge certificate
• Polished, warm and discreet, with excellent English and the presence to look after demanding, high-profile clients
• Confident and natural on camera, and genuinely willing to be involved in content creation, from treatment demonstrations to short educational videos
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience with medical-grade brands such as ZO Skin Health, Obagi, SkinCeuticals, Medik8 or AlumierMD
• Training in advanced modalities such as chemical peels, microneedling, LED, HydraFacial or radiofrequency
• An established client following in London
• A collaborative, creative mindset and a genuine interest in developing new treatments and protocols
• Previous experience creating content for a clinic or skincare brand, or a social media following of your own

Pay: £27,300.00-£58,500.00 per year
