  • Complete prescriptions according to patient treatment plan.
  • Clinical decision making in relation to treatment or prescribing decisions is not part of this role.

Coordination with Teams

  • Liaison may be required between ADHD 360 teams (QA, Secretaries, Prescribers) to ensure prescription accuracy, resolve issues, and fulfil specific patient requests.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure clarity between all involved departments for smooth prescription processing.

How performance will be measured

  • Timely completion of the "Refused Shared Care Prescriptions" tab daily.
  • All prescriptions actioned and completed within the same day.
