Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Goods In Operative to join our team. As a Goods in Operative, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and operations of our warehouse facility.

Duties:
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and products
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper organization within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, current Bendi fork lift licence required
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently
- Proficiency in picking, packing, and organizing items in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations such as loading, unloading, and materials handling
- Familiarity with stock management practices
- Experience operating forklifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
