Overview

Are you kind, reliable and looking for rewarding work? We’re a small, local care team helping people live with dignity and independence in their own homes across Ascot and surrounding areas

As our business is expanding and experiencing exciting growth, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Professionals to join our wonderful and friendly team.

As a Care Professional you will provide essential day to day support to individuals in their own home, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to follow care plans effectively and be comfortable working within a regulated environment.

Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes to senior staff
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations and CQC standards.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in a caring role and setting is preferred but not essential
  • A valid driving licence is essential for commuting between clients homes on a daily basis.
  • Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members
  • Basic IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and using care management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport clients and their families .

We offer fulltime and part time flexible shifts, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours a week. Shifts do cover a mix of earlies, lates and weekends.

It is ESSENTIAL applicants have a full valid driving licence and access their own vehicle. Driving between client settings is essential. We do pay for mileage, and we do offer other perks and benefits for our team to ensure our carers are cared about - so they can to do their best work.
