Job Summary

Innovative Medical Communications Agency seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scientific Projectr/Medical Writer to lead insight gathering and disease awareness projects aimed at healthcare professionals.

This role combines project management with elements of content development to ensure we deliver impactful, compliant, and scientifically accurate materials.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional , communication, and written skills and be organised and adept at project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project management activities, including scope management, scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Content generation for a range of scientific projects- including clinical study. reports, regulatory submissions, publications, and presentations with technical writing expertise.
  • Work on key insight gathering and research projects and understanding of research methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements while maintaining high-quality documentation standards.
  • Lead meetings effectively by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and facilitating conflict resolution to keep projects on track.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects within the project lifecycle framework (initiation to closure).
  • Analytical and Research skills
  • Ability to develop engaging content for an audience of healthcare professionals and patients
