Full job description
About us
We are a market leading health tech SaaS business, providing a digital solution to the health and social care sector that transforms how information is recorded, analysed and shared. We are dedicated to a simple purpose, a better life for everyone, and our software already supports care delivery across a huge part of the sector. This is a confidential search, so we are not naming the company at this stage, but we are happy to share more once we are speaking directly.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Consultant to join our Revenue function, working closely with our Director of Product Consulting as part of a new team applying real product knowledge and experience to help us hit our Revenue KPIs. You will work constantly across Sales and Customer Success, so comfort with change and a genuine appetite for solving new problems matters more than experience of an established playbook. This team is being built, not inherited.
What you'll do
You will design and deliver an enablement programme that lifts product knowledge across the whole Revenue function, and build and maintain self service resources so people can answer product questions without waiting on you for every one.
You will manage the demo environments for our full product suite, and review sales demo calls to give the Sales team direct, useful feedback on how they present the product.
On our largest opportunities you will get properly involved, supporting tender responses and pitches and meeting customers and prospects yourself to help influence the outcome. You will join Customer Success Managers on business reviews to bring product content into those conversations, and you will work with Product Managers to make sure customer feedback actually closes the loop back to the people building the product.
What we're looking for
You will have experience working in a product or go to market function within health technology, and experience implementing digital change for large customers, the kind of change that involves real workflow disruption and real stakeholders to bring along.
You should be confident engaging directly with customers and comfortable leading presentations, demos and workshops in the room, not just supporting them from behind the scenes.
Deep experience of the UK social care sector is essential here, this is not a role where general SaaS background substitutes for understanding how care is actually delivered. Strong technical grounding across infrastructure and SaaS solutions is expected, alongside genuine cross functional collaboration, since you will be working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product on any given week.
You may not like this if
You want a role with an established process to step into. This team and its remit are still being shaped, so you will be building the enablement approach as you go rather than following one that already exists.
Interview process
A short initial conversation, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a final stage focused on the practical scenarios you would face in the role. We will always tell you what to expect before each stage.
Benefits
25 days paid leave plus public holidays. Private medical insurance. Group life assurance. Dental and optical cover. Enhanced maternity leave. Pension contribution. Employee assistance programme. Birthday day off. And more.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. If this role interests you but your experience does not match every requirement, we would still love to hear from you.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Free parking
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bournemouth, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
Work Location: In person
