Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with our Muti-Site Manager providing support to Coatbank Medical Practice. Due to our continued expansion and internal changes, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager.

The main remit of the post involves supporting the Multi-Site Manager in the provision of excellent patient care and daily running of the sites, supporting with Complaints Handling, Enhanced Services, Recruitment and HR.

Working closely with the Multi-Site Manager you will play an important role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team; providing direction, ensuring smooth functioning of the offices whilst maintaining professionalism, productivity, and efficiency at all times.

The successful candidate must have experience of managing teams and deputising in the absence of the Multi-Site Manager.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. A proven track record of training and motivating your team to excel would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be tactful and empathetic, have good attention to detail. Experience of Vision and Docman would be advantageous but not essential.

This post will be based at Coatbank Medical Practice but may require to travel other Alba Medical Group sites within Lanarkshire.
