Functional Assessor – Nurse, Physio or OT.
Hybrid Working (2 days from home/3 days in the Assessment Centre)

  • Starting salary - £41,612 + uplifts from approval at 6&12 months. Salary at 12 months -£42,612
  • Guaranteed 5% quarterly bonus. Up to 10%

The Role

Use your clinical experience to assess how health conditions impact activities of daily living, via telephone, video or in-person assessments.

You’ll produce structured, evidence-based reports — no hands-on care or shift work.

Essential Requirements

  • NMC or HCPC registration
  • At least 12 months’ recent UK post-registration experience practicing in the UK for the past 12 months.
  • Broad clinical exposure across a range of adult conditions
  • Strong clinical reasoning and written communication skills
