As a Health and Safety Trainer you will be part of growing and developing the facilities management department. You will be part of a leading, fast growing and highly effective team.

This is the role where you will be have the independence as a Health and Safety Trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally businesses in the world. As a Health and Safety Trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Teaching hands-on health and safety legislation and compliance

· Teaching environmental management systems and hazard control systems

· Individualised coaching to learners

· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance

· Guide learners to successful completion of their Health and Safety Apprenticeships

· Establish and maintain a leading training programme

Key Requirements:

· NEBOSH Qualified

· Experience within health and safety, supporting employees or training and developing knowledge

· Good organisational skills

· Ability to travel
