Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Penrith

Location: Penrith
Pay: Competitive Band 3 rates
Hours: Flexible – applicants must have no restrictions on working hours

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Penrith. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a healthcare setting
Medication administration/support experience is essential
NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
No restrictions on working hours
Must have unrestricted right to work in the UK – this role does not offer visa sponsorship

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support patients with personal care and daily living activities
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with training
  • Record observations and maintain accurate documentation
