Job Introduction

We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our PFI Repairs team.

Are you an experienced tradesperson looking for a fresh opportunity with an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives? If so, you’re in the right place!

What’s in it for me?

This role offers a salary of £34,445.35 per year based on a 37.5-hour week, with extra earning potential through our call-out rota too! You’ll get 26 days of paid annual leave (increasing each year up to 31), plus Bank Holidays and a brilliant pension scheme where we’ll match your contributions up to 9%.

You’ll also get a van and fuel card (for work use only), and we’ll provide the latest power tools - though as a seasoned tradesperson, you’ll already have your own hand tools.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, we’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they’ve been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker!

You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. We're looking for Multi-trade people, who can perform joinery, building, plumbing repairs to a high standard, so every day will be different and new!
