Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care

Whitstable, Kent | Full-time - £25,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE)

We are a family-run domiciliary care provider in Whitstable looking for a compassionate and motivated Care Coordinator to support the running of our growing service.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Carer or Team Leader ready to step into management.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate care schedules and support daily operations

· Lead and support care staff in the community

· Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

· Assist with care planning, compliance, and CQC standards

· Support recruitment, training, and staff development

· Build strong relationships with clients and families

· Contribute ideas to improve and modernise care delivery

Requirements

· NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)

· Experience in domiciliary / home care

· Looking to progress into a management role

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Compassionate and team-focused approach

· Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

· Flexible for some evenings and weekends if required
